Note: Reckless Rex Phelps' "Cannon" is a large ramp with a
horizontal padded bar which stops the bike in its tracks at the top of the ramp
when the front number plate impacts the bar. The rider, standing on the seat, is
then ejected over the bars and flies for distance into water.
e. DROPOFF INTO WATER. This record is for the greatest height jumped
as a dropoff from one surface to the water, such as a cliff dropoff, a building
dropoff, or a platform dropoff jump into water.
